1.Take out the sterilized instrument from the package. Turn counter-clockwise the adjusting nut until the red protector is being shown(see Fig.1).Pull out the anvil (see Fig.2) and unload the red protdctor(see Fig.3).

2.Purse the anastomotic tissue as usual bu t with the anvil of the instrument inside.Pull firmly the pursing string (see Fig.4) and cut off the excessive tissue. The thickness of the tissue layers in between the anvil and module shou be in the range between 1.0mm and 2.5mm or the anastomosis shall not be processe with the instrument.

3.Assemble the anvil onto the central rod until the click sound is heard(see Fig.5). Turn the adjusting nut clockwise to close the anastomotic tissue layer and make sure as it critical that the red index in the indicator gets in the green range(see Fig.6).

4.After double  checking the above right in position, release the safely (see Fig.7) and grasp the grips(see Fig.8) as far as they may go thence a cutting sound can be heard. Release the grips to complete the procedure and restore the safety.

5.Turn the adjusting nut counterclockwise 1 to 2 rounds to unclose the anvil, then,turn the instrument 90. to and fro and take it out in a swinging way (see Fig.9).

6.Check the specimen of the resection to ensure the completed staping lines. Provide  that the incompletion exists,superaddition is necessaryl.
